I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the truck I was given for my move. The entire cargo area was filthy — filled with pine debris, white powder, and grime all over the floor and ramp. It was clear that no one had cleaned it after the previous rental. I did my best to sweep it out myself, but the mess was so bad that it still ended up staining and dirtying my furniture. This was not just dust — it looked like some kind of construction debris or residue that was never properly removed. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a truck that was at least clean and ready for use. Instead, I had to waste time cleaning someone else’s mess, and now I’m dealing with furniture that got marked up and dirty during transport. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard when renting equipment like this. I can provide photos to show you what I walked into.
