There needs to be a way to rate the overall experience. While the pick up location itself was great, the fact that I had to go to that location was a complete and total failure on the part of U-Haul. I reserved a trailer that was 5 minutes from my location. I was called the day before and told not only was it not available at that location, but it wasn't available in that city. The pickup location was an hour EACH WAY from where I was supposed to pick up. The $50 discount was a nice gesture, but that doesn't compensate for the 2 hours I'll never get back.

I absolutely love going into this uhaul location because they are the sweetest people to deal with! Customer service is amazing. I feel like a friend of theirs now after having to frequently use it in the past month. It is quite lovely, honestly.
JENNIFER WI live in Eldorado, IL. I picked a uhaul up in Carmi, IL. It was the only one I could find in my area. I don't like the fact that I couldn't drop the uhaul off in Eldorado without paying even more than I already did. Prices are to high, but I had no choice.
Charity KIf everything goes as good for others as it did for me, I really can't see anything else that can/could be done.
