The pickup location was gross. It’s a motel. Did t have the appliance dolly or moving blankets I reserved online.

Michael BI paid for a appliance dolly and a utility dolly I can see it on my order/receipt and the lady at the hotel only gave me a utility dolly and told me that I only paid for that, she is wrong.
