TRACY GI had a huge piece of furniture I had to remove myself at 7 am and I didn't get my appliance dolly or blankets that I paid for.
Jesse SFirst we had ordered the U-Haul at a different location and the day before pick up they said we had to report at a different location and the pick up for the truck was later than we had scheduled. Not only was someone not there when we picked up the truck at the location, we had all this trouble just to call and figure out what to do. Our movers were waiting and it delayed our schedule. Also once someone finally came after an hour of waiting, they reported the gas was a quarter full, when we started the truck, it had 2 miles left on it.
