Fought with the manager and District manager over stolen property for a stolen truck that was explained by the person whose items were stolen and was losted as the emergency contact. The person that stole the truck was the contract signed. The dumbass district manager Steven Mansfield would allow the person to get the described items without a police report. His fear was he would be sued for hiving away property that was already confirmed not hi and he himself stole the truck and was being sought by the police for stealing a car 2 days later. The stolen truck was returned on Friday morning at 4 am. I rented a truck at a different location at 4 pm, talked to the DM and Manager at this location, verified the items and the emergency contact spoke to both of these idiots! Mr. Mansfield would nit release the items, made me have the cops come up there and FORCE HIM TO TUEN THEM OVER (no police report was ever filed) and then he made me rent that same truck again. I want a refund for the 2nd rental when all they had to do was allow me to get her stuff given the explained and proven circumstances. The manager even asked for a favorable review for all this stupidity and "Customer satisfaction". I would never recommend this place or any store Mr. Mansfield controls as he is a bumbling idiot that knows nothing about contract law or how to use common sense. The person that stole the truck would not return it half full and they certainly wouldn't sue U-Haul. The contract was voided the minute he signed his name with her information! The information entered was not the information of the signee! If I could give a negative star I would! This place and management at both levels suck and are unkowledgeable regarding the laws of personal possessions and the refusal to turn over stolen property to the person it was stolen from. She line item explained everything in the truck on the phone! MORONS!!!

John BThe app. I was trying to take the pictures on the app to pick up the truck and they were not loading. I tried to get help on the chat but didn’t get any. Finally figured it out. You take the pictures and go back one screen. So finally after 15 minutes was able to pick up the truck.
Guillermo RApp usage was giving me a few problems. It was glitching out during the return/drop off process. Overall a good experience. Will rent uhaul again.
