A Vape Shop is not an ideal location for a U-Haul business. Took more than 40 minutes to get trailer even after preordering online via the U-Haul app. Rental fee was too high. Will not be using U-Haul again if rates are this high. $250 for a 12” trailer w 5’ head height? Not reasonable.

Ericka WThe truck was not clean. There was clay on the floors mats and door. There was spilled soda residue on the console and an empty can on the passenger side floor. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up so I had to get gas immediately.
