Please confirm that equipment is indeed available at the time of arrival. Additionally, the smoke shop that rented out Uhaul didn’t seem to have an understanding of the process.
Nguyen HA Vape Shop is not an ideal location for a U-Haul business. Took more than 40 minutes to get trailer even after preordering online via the U-Haul app. Rental fee was too high. Will not be using U-Haul again if rates are this high. $250 for a 12” trailer w 5’ head height? Not reasonable.
