CHRISTOPHER BThe truck assigned to me was extremely dirty inside! I had to wipe it down and even then it was still pretty dirty. The steering wheel is deteriorating and the driver seat was leaning towards the door, making it very uncomfortable and quite frankly unsafe while driving! The outside of the truck had so many “X” stickers there was no way to inspect the exterior properly! This particular truck was in bad shape! I’ve rented your trucks in the past and I’ve never experienced this. The trucks condition on needs to be removed from your fleet or taken out to be properly cleaned up and repaired! Also, your website from the link I was sent would not allow me to upload photos. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience renting from U-Haul.
