The office staff was great. The office was nice and clean. However, the truck they rented me was the loudest truck I've ever driven...and I drive fire engines. I was forced to wear ear plugs while driving.

Rented from the Storage Key in Cartersville, GA. Great staff. Super fast transaction and pickup. Vehicle was clean and in great shape. I will definitely use them in the future for all truck rental needs.
Jamey AReceived our uhaul with someone’s personally bought u-haul brand padlock on it. We were pushed back a day in our move, had to go to the Canton location and get a saw from there to saw the lock off. We were not compensated for the inconvenience or the extra miles we were forced to put on the truck to remedy the issue upon return.
Aspen MMy car was hit on the left side in the back and no one said or did anything. I feel like if I payed for the insurance to the u-haul van then it should cover my vehicle as well since it was on your property.
