Had no problems with pick up or drop off. We were given more then 24 hrs with truck since they open late but we only needed 6. We dropped off truck at 605pm 5 mins after they closed but a drop off boxes was a easy way to drop keys off. I would definitely use them again

The overall location and experience was very well - I was also there to get a storage unit at the facility and have had no issues using this business in the past. My complaint is specifically with the U-Haul returning and charges. Getting the U-Haul I had a great experience, the employee was helpful and got me on the road quickly. I used the U-Haul for a total of 6 miles and I'll admit I didn't add gas back to the tank - when I looked at the gas line it didn't appear to have moved to me. Regardless, when it was time to check out the employee said the line had moved down from 7/8 (where it started and still appeared to be to me) to 3/4, which according to the invoice I received this morning amounted to 4 gallons of gas (6 miles = 4 gallons?) which I was charged $14 for. I agreed to pay the amount because I knew I hadn't added gas but I feel like after seeing the numbers I was billed for and using a little logic that there is no chance this is accurate. I had felt it wasn't accurate from the get go but didn't want to press the issue, I was ready to be on my way. I was also asked to verify the gas and mileage with an employee beforehand but never upon return - it was just their discretion. I will not use this service again or recommend it for this reason.

Every single person that I spoke to at this location have a different answer as to the cost of using the travel blankets. Didn't know the true cost until I called to get the final bill after the fact.

I reserved a 15 ft truck and the day before i was told they didn't have any available and that they had a 10ft truck i could have. Of course, i had to take it since it was the day before and i didn't have time to search around. I had to cram my belongings into a smaller truck. I would recommend this facility due to the ease of renting the truck and how clean it was, however they need to do better with having the truck you reserve available.
