The works behind the counter need to a better job on checking the vehicle over with the customer. Like making sure all the lights work on the vehicle. And making sure that there is no damage.

Great location. They are always courteous and efficient. They have a lot of equipment so I can always find what I need there. I would and have recommended them to friends or anybody who need moving trucks or trailers.
BARBARA MWe met the employee in the parking lot, and he knew what we were there to pick up. After a very quick office visit, we were instructed on how to get to the trailer. He met us there, checked the ball size and trailer hitch, hooked up our trailer, and checked the turn signals and brake lights. He verified the return time, and we were on our way. When we got back, he unhooked us and looked over the trailer. By the time we got home, our receipt was already in my email. The employee was very nice and efficient. I will be using this U-Haul location in the future.
