Jim NCleaner vehicles. The outside of the windshield was covered in dead, baked on bugs. The inside on the windshield was as equally dirty. I had to scrub the windshield by hand to get it clean. Then clean the inside as well as the very sticky steering wheel. When I returned the truck it was in a condition that could be rented
