We returned the trailer in under 24 hours, was disappointed that you charged for two days, . We have rented from Uhaul many times. Felt like we should have gotten a refund for the time not used.

BARBARA MWe met the employee in the parking lot, and he knew what we were there to pick up. After a very quick office visit, we were instructed on how to get to the trailer. He met us there, checked the ball size and trailer hitch, hooked up our trailer, and checked the turn signals and brake lights. He verified the return time, and we were on our way. When we got back, he unhooked us and looked over the trailer. By the time we got home, our receipt was already in my email. The employee was very nice and efficient. I will be using this U-Haul location in the future.
