The Storage Key is a great location to rent from with friendly and helpful staff. Uhaul itself needs to do a better job of tracking and supplying equipment to certain locations. We needed an appliance dolly and rented one online. Upon arrival we were told Uhaul doesn't track equipment and they basically have what they have. I understood this as a Uhaul problem not the actual rental location. Just know some equipment may not be available even though it's available online. This has happened and other locations as well.
