The gentleman who ran the Cartersville Self Storage Center, Arman, is outstanding! This man should be promoted to a training position within U-Haul teaching customer service. He walked me through the process, explained everything concerning the truck I had reserved, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the facility. I have not had such a positive experience in a long time!
