It took an hour to get the key. I had to call and spoke to a Michelle. She tried to help but the gas station(not an actual U-Haul location, would have been nice to know) had the key inside but didn’t know until the attendant searched. I lost an hour. Additionally, the truck was on empty. It read 14 miles to empty. I then paid $134 to fill it up not know how much gas I would have used in my trip and back to Worcester to move my daughter home from college. Very inconvenient. I was told by Michelle that I’d receive some credit but didn’t see that
William KUpdate the combination lock to access the keys, it was difficult to open.
Kevin SProcess was confusing and tedious. Key was not in the lock, even after we went through everything to get it. Mileage entered on the app was not accurate.
