I was charged a fuel service charge despite returning the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when i picked it up. I would like my money back for this fuel service charge.

Joseph ODid not have any communication with personnel at this location; used Uhual App for dropoff.
DYLAN CEmployee was dumbfounded I rented a van without the app. They pulled out some iPad and I had to walk them through it. I wish U-Haul would stop complicating a simple transaction. Here’s money for a truck. Some agreed to location and time later: here’s your truck back. There’s the mileage, gas in the tank, no accidents, ok buh-bye.
