Stuff quickly and cheerfully swapped trailers for me after I discovered the one I had rented it had a tire that was out of round. Can't blame the bad tire on the site staff - the tire condition would not have been seen by ordinary visual inspection, and should have been reported by the previous renter. Customer traffic was heavy at this store and the fellas working there were really hustling. Good job.

LAWRENCE BThe service person was so unkind that it took a long time for me to find the truck out of many trucks. Also, I thoroughly checked the cleanness of the truck before returning, but they charged $2 for cleaning fee. I didn't want to waste my time to argue about $2, so I just ignored. That may be their practice to charge and see how customers respond. If no responds, then keep it.
