No drop box for the key but the gentleman working in the store was very friendly and efficient, confimed he'd have receipt to me by noon, which he did.

Shannon MWe had an absolutely horrible experience with this rental. Your online rental system clearly does not work. It sent us to a location that does not even have the trailers like we rented. Then it took us over 2 hours to get it at a different location. Not at all the fault of local companies. I will not plan to rent from uhaul in the future. Please fix your system.
