TRACY CThe original pickup was for Peshastin, WA, and I was there with the agent for over 30 minutes only to find out that the truck promised was not there. We had to drive to Cashmere WA to pick up a truck. Cashmere processed me quickly, but the entire pickup process took about an hour and a half between the two locations. I was very disappointed in the service at Peshastin; I would have appreciated the agent who helped me with the reservation telling me the location was very small and that perhaps a larger location a little further down the road would be a better choice. I would not rent at Peshastin again; nor would I recommend U-Haul to someone else because of my overall experience.
KIRSTEN SEquipment was missing electrical wire harness and was very dirty on the outside.
