When I told him about the missing equipment at the pickup location, he was dismissive and said it was not his problem.
Linda PThere was some trash in the back and one of the trucks there the previous rider had left the window open so there was water in the driver seat. I requested to not use that truck.

JOEL PPicked up in the evening, it was very dark and hard to see. Would highly recommend leaving vehicles in a well lighted area for customers picking up/dropping off after dark.
