CHERESE PFrom check in to check out was a nightmare. It had nothing to do with the location but with UHaul itself. Your procedures are outdated. Your customer service is a joke. With how much you charge those vehicles should have shocks and ride smoothly instead of jostling you around. I hope I never have to use uhaul again.
CODY ZI was scheduled to pickup the equipment at 8am. The location didn’t open until 10am. I tried to do a self checkin and retrieve the keys from the lock box but was told this was a counter only transaction. So I had to wait 2 hours for the business to open.
