Long wait for someone to come to the counter to help us. Counter person was *VERY* rude and difficult to understand. Did not make any attempt to verify the condition of the vehicle. Ungainly charged us for two gallons of gas. Overall poor experience.

DONALD BU must really be attentive when renting to individuals who blow smoke up your ass about others, I was a renter when one of your employees new a man standing next to me, instead of taking care of my needs she was talking to this man that was actually paying for the rental with his credit card and I was the driver after rental was done the man went on line removed his credit card info, took the truck from me and told me to get out and took said truck and did god knows what with it I stuck with whatever he told the employee I got hit with a ungodly amount of fines
