U-Haul changed my pickup time from 9 to 10am. Place opens at 9 but no one answered phone when I called. Finally someone picked up at 9:20 and when I asked to come early she said she needed to do a bank run and that 10 was when I needed to come. I showed up at 10 and there was a sign on the door that said she was on bank run and that she would be back in 15. Well she didn’t get back till 1035. So my 9am reservation turned into 1035 Which caused us to have to cut short our use because we had something to go to later on. VERY poor experience

Inside of van was dirty, I had to use my leaf blower to clean. Found a couple of cigarette bitts and van smelled like smoke. Lot was very full when I returned the van

tony eDon't give away a vehicle that was "Guaranteed". Rented a 15' truck, was not there upon pickup. Reserved truck was given to another customer. Was given at 20' truck then had to navigate Chicago traffic in the vehicle.
Luke CQuit trying to change my reservations to a different location. I make my reservations with this dealer because of their great service. Twice now Uhaul changed my reservation to a different dealer, without my consent.
