TIA DThe online check-in and check-out experience is awful. Two words: Aw Ful. I reserved a van from home on my computer, and when I got to the site and logged in through my phone's browser, had to enter in the exact same information as I did from home. There must be rules to follow because the human beings on staff at the Clyo Road location although nice were unwilling to help with the terrible, slow, confusing, frustrating mobile experience. If anything, the U-Haul mobile experience for check-in and check-out convinces me to try another brand before using U-Haul again, when I want to rent a truck or van.
