Centerville location was great. Experience with Uhaul over all was complete nightmare. Will never recommend UHaul

Just absolutely ridiculous, system issues, lady wrote my card information down on paper and took a picture of my ID. The price was 25 dollars more then it was when I scheduled the reservation online. Uhaul is absolutely ridiculous and a piss poor customer service company.
Chadd LThe vehicle had a filthy windshield, a constantly malfunctioning air conditioning system that required restarts, and ineffective, old windshield wipers (it rained and was very hot while renting the truck). The headlights were yellow and misaligned, and the exhaust system made concerning noises at idle. When I inquired about a larger truck, the staff's response was dismissive. I will not be renting from this location in the future.
