The full price of the rental is not disclosed. It as advertised as “rent this vehicle for $19.99 per day,” and the fine print says plus fees and taxes. It would be a more ethical business practice to be up front with the pricing. Our two hour rental cost $92. That is a far cry from $19.
Joshua KThe had trucks randomly all over blocking the main entrance gps takes you to the location. Super dangerous almost caused an accident bc I was only was only able to pull half way in without knowing until it was too late. My truck was due at 430 I arrived at 445 but had to reverse out and circle the block. I also lost 30 minutes of my time with the truck due to having to clean it out. I was then charged $60 for an extra day use PLUS insurance when i was in the lot 15 minutes past due date. 100% unprofessional. I have bight used Hal’s and rent about 10 a month and have never had an experience like this. Please contact me or just refund that bogus charge from that bogus uhaul location.
