Location was for drop-off was scetchy. No clearly marked area for the drop-off. Parking area was filled with vehicles that were in various stages of repair but couldn’t be sure. Looked more like an auto graveyard. A good portion of the parking lot was flooded with water. Truck was returned at 4:30pm on a Saturday and the business was not open. No marked hours of operation at the site although the hours posted on the U-Haul site said it was open until 7pm. Would have preferred to return to a different site as my wife did not feel entirely safe.

I arrived at 8 AM, and it was closed, so I had to do the remote pick up deal or whatever it’s called. It looks like a junk yard. It had wrecked cars scattered about, might be intimidating to people. Almost like being in a horror movie. It does not appear safe. I had to weave between wrecked cars to get to the key box. The lock on the key box was coated with oil, most likely from the WD40 can sitting on the ground beneath the box. It made opening the lock a challenge. After opening the box, the keys to the UHaul truck were also oily. I had to use hand sanitizer on it to clean it so I didn’t get oil inside the truck. U-Haul administration need to check this place out. It doesn’t represent the company well at all.
Thomas FThe 24/7 phone app pickup was a total disaster. It didn't work. Rating the location is pointless, Rapid Automotive had nothing to do with it.
DONALD WWe were there after hours so I didn’t speak to anyone at this location
EMILY HPacked parking lot full of old cars, had to weave through and walk in mud. The lock box is placed too high for short people making the word combination challenging.
