There was no one there even though it was still business hours. Took about 20 minutes to get through on the 800 number to complete the turn in.
Larry TThis location was much closer than the original drop off location that I booked. I was pleased that U-Haul allowed me this convenience. No personnel was on location. The sign said open, but the door was locked.

randy jDifficulty opening lock due to how the letters must line up. Not the locations fault. Had really bad experience with the UHaul app. Not user friendly. Had to call 24 hour line. Was disconnected. Called back. Customer Service Rep was extremely helpful but had to remain on the call for over 45 minutes because the app on phone and website is difficult to manage. I spent over an hour after my scheduled pick up time trying to work through it. Absolutely not the Pick Up locations fault. They were very kind. I wonder how the elderly get through this.
