This was not my choice location. I received a call from a rep saying I had to get the truck from here. When I arrived the truck was parked in a muddy field. The key access to the truck was very confusing. Not clearly marked or visible to customer. Drop off process was equally troubling as you have to walk through the mud and the all the way to the opposite side of the building to secure keys. Once you drop off truck. Take their pictures to ensure its back and clean. Smart customers also take your own photos as Tireville will claim to charge you additional cleaning fees. Even when you ask for their photos showing debris or dirt somehow they cannot provide any. This should be a standard procedure to provide customers with proof of debris left in truck if you are going to charge a fee. And not weeks later... Poor service...shotty location. Would not recommend this location to anyone... Would not recommend the app. You just get no help or answers. Tireville should be ashamed of themselves! I hate to sound this negative, but Tireville did wrong and they know it!

HOWARD AEveryone was exceptionally helpful, kind, and courteous. Easy a pick up and drop off was phenomenal. Highly recommend this will be my go to U-Haul spot moving forward.
DON DLocation and owner of location are excellent. Uhaul customer service and identification process are extremely inefficient, took them an hour to complete via the app and having to call because they kept failing to authenticate all authorized drivers.
