When we got to my daughters to load her belongings there were live cockroaches in back where you load your stuff. If we hadn’t have been in a hurry I would have brought it back and requested a new one. Now my daughter’s belongings are sitting outside hoping that anything that may have crawled will crawl their way back out!! Disgusting!!

They are very kind and welcoming at this location. I have used them before. This time, I was there on Sunday when they are closed. But everything was set up to do after hours.
MELISSA BFuel marked was not accurate. When I informed the staff about it and brough the receipt to prove that the fuel was not accurate, they did not do anything about it. Was charged about 3 gallons of fuel ($10-12) for a 9 mile roundtrip. Not acceptable... Other than this issue, things were good.
