Good neighborhood location, convenient to Plaza Midwood. Staff was very helpful in parking and unhitching trailer.
Aaron AStaff was pleasant and truck was clean, tank was about a third full. Was sent an email updating my reservation to a 10' van instead of a 10' truck and arrived to find a 10' truck instead of a 10' van. When I asked, was informed that the truck WAS a van. Drove well and thankfully my experience at a vending company made the drive easy. Genuinely no complaint about staff, but U-Haul should definitely arrange to pave their parking area around the building. It's a tiny lot with a 3" wide, deep gap across the entire width of the lot, that you can feel when you drive out. There's ZERO excuse to force them to deal with sub-U-Haul-standard conditions.
PAIGE MWe came to drop off our truck after hours. The guard dogs barking at us were unexpected and scary while we had to go through the process of photographing the truck on site, which you can’t do before dropping. Nice neighborhood though. Would have been fine without the dogs on site. I never met the personnel as we dropped off the truck after hours.
