KATTERINNE EThe trucks should be rented out first come first serve, not specific trucks for certain customers. The original truck that was reserved for me at 1:00PM sounded like the exhaust was busted and was extremely loud. When asked the agent for a different truck, was told the others were already rented out for later pickup times. There was some difficulty when agent had to call the manager to have a different truck assigned to me.
VINCENZO FIt was great that the Mini Mart was open so I could talk to an actual person. To improve: I paid for a dolly, but they didn't have one. Don't offer a dolly if there won't actually be one there to use.
