I recommend having a better system to determine if a rental truck has been returned to the correct location and time. I received a text message and phone call the day after I rented and returned the truck stating that records indicated I did not return the truck I rented when I did return it. I followed the instructions given by the representative at the pick up desk to either physically give the keys to the attendant on duty or place it in the lockbox outside. I called the customer service line and was told that they would reach out to the location I rented from. A few days later I got an email with my receipt but no one called me back to follow up. It wasn’t until I called the customer service line again that I was told my issue was resolved.
