Equipment was not clean AT ALL. The whole cargo area was covered in dirt and fertilizer, and I mean covered. Been a long time user of uhaul for my rental needs and this was by far the worst experience by far. I was only allotted 33 miles while my move from domicile to domicile was far more than that, leading to excess charges, this was also an issue I’ve never ran into before until this rental period.

RONALD SThey charged $300 me for a pre-existing crack in the windshield!!!! I completed the necessary steps, the photos of all sides of the truck prior to leaving the parking lot. The crack was there before I left the lot. I'm pretty sure they do t inspect the inside because there was a bag of food behind the driver seat when I got the truck!
SHARONA LThe locks are very difficult to use as they are poorly positioned and can’t be rotated for visibility. Plus the dials are worn and difficult to see for my aging eyes.
