They charged $300 me for a pre-existing crack in the windshield!!!! I completed the necessary steps, the photos of all sides of the truck prior to leaving the parking lot. The crack was there before I left the lot. I'm pretty sure they do t inspect the inside because there was a bag of food behind the driver seat when I got the truck!

The locks are very difficult to use as they are poorly positioned and can’t be rotated for visibility. Plus the dials are worn and difficult to see for my aging eyes.
