Clean the inside of the drivers cab - ours had a cigarette lighter in it, old chewing gum case wrapper, crisps in one of the three cup holders.

DOUGLAS HGreat availability of equipment and friendly staff. Equipment was fine and manageable but lacking in some maintenance. One chain was missing a hook for a safety chain. Around town it would not matter but I became aware of a slow leak from a rusty wheel on a tow dolly I rented that I had to keep topping up. It was leaking from the valve stem which almost nobody would catch but I could hear bubbling coming from it when the wheel got wet while driving in the rain. Truck was about brand new but had a signal light not working on the left side I noticed when I was loading my car with the hazards on. Despite everything the equipment did its job and I'm back home with my car 12 hours later!
