Related to the app, not pickup location: the app cannot access photos on a phone, only the camera. This caused a bit of extra time and work for me. I took a picture of the dash for proof of mileage and fuel level, then had to fill the cab with all the furniture blankets. Because the app couldn't access an existing picture, I had to move the blankets to turn the truck on and retake the picture. Also, a user prompt at thr beginning of checkin indicating all pictures that will be needed would help.
