Have a truck available at time Dispatch reservation is made, I was lucky to even get a truck, with a reservation, drove 2 hours to pick up truck, no truck, 3 hours later and me making multiple phone calls to dispatch only made it happen, I was basically an unpaid U-Haul employee for half the day, extremely stressed out, so this location was good, U-Haul policy is dreadful
