Crack in the windshield. The photos-before-you-leave system they use was difficult to figure out as it is built for one kind of browser on one kind of phone, neither of which I use. Several people who came in after me also were told reservations they made were being cancelled because of overbooking.
Alexandra WI hit the back button while I was taking photos to return it, and now I can’t get back to that screen. I hope I did everything I needed to do
