SURJA MStaff was extremely helpful and kind, especially with snow coming in that evening. The process was explained well. The check-in and check-out process is LONG on the website. This needs to be streamlined as it takes way too long and is too difficult.

Charles WChecking in was easy with manager but returning vehicle after hours was a nightmare. Assistant on phone was excellent and helpful. However, the internet closing out was hampered by not being able to register the ending mileage. I could not move on even after logging out and starting over. Still unsuccessful. Ultimately I was told the local manager would handle it when he reopened after holiday break. Again your phone representative was delightful. She is a good voice for U-Haul.
