Truck as old - no USB ports. Wiper fluid was empty. Roof of truck leaked and caused my boxes and possessions to get wet.
Robert KThe drop off location was a very clean, orderly pawn shop with extremely helpful employees. The location I was given originally to drop off was not open on Mondays, so I had to find somewhere else to drop off.
Anne PGuys behind the counter were having a conversation about a woman who was able to back up a truck well. The implication was that it was surprising, and then one of them talked about how cute she was. It was sexist and also not appropriate in front of customers.
