I booked the vehicle weeks in advance. U-Haul changed my pickup location twice, including just a few hours before the pickup. This location is horrible and the app functionality is even worse. I spent almost one hour and a half on a call with your agents before finally being able to get the keys of the vehicle. Terrible experience.

Absolutely the hardest time getting a rental in my life had to go to three different places in the worst neighborhoods and when I finally got a truck it was across the city, I told they were open but when I got there no one was there and had to call customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes and transferred twice! I was charged a $130 for a one way rental from Philadelphia to New Jersey and when I dropped it off was charged another $20 for mileage although the person at the drop off was nice your company is a major disappointment
