This is the best location in town but every time I walk in, they inform me U-Haul's reservation systems are down. Two associates have to take their personal phones out to use the U-Haul app or website which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Frankly, it's bullshit that we could rent trucks just fine before technology and now that technology is involved, it takes 10 times as long to get checked out because the systems are always failing. U-Haul needs to update their systems so your franchisees and locations can do their jobs properly and if U-Haul can't get their technology figured out, have a backup plan so your customer's time isn't being wasted. We have places to go, people waiting on us, things that need to be picked up, things that need to be delivered and U-Haul isn't making anything any easier on us. TECHNOLOGY TO THE RESCUE. C'mon. Get it figured out, please!!! I almost had to talk away without a truck because of this and that would have put a TON of stress on my plans and efforts. It would have ruined my day to not have a truck.
