Very friendly staff! I recommend counter check in. I picked up after hours with the mobile app. There were many technical problems. I have rented from Moose’s several times over the years with in person check in and it’s alway friendly, quick service.

PHILIP JWe had a very nice experience overall. Only 2 things to suggest: I needed a better tutorial (how to put gas in the van/working the parking brake/windshield wipers/lights,etc) before leaving the lot. ALso, the asphalt on the lot itself is in terrible condition and needs major repairs.
