The truck's transmission was going out. The truck had not been cleaned prior to my use. There was trash from the previous renter. The truck was given to me with no fuel in it. Was charged extra from the last time I rented a truck from Uhail for charges I couldn't dispute. Return of truck was difficult and the process was muddled and confusing. The step by step process was flawed because the website wasn't sending me an access code. I didn't receive the access code until after I had given up and left. Overall it was the worst rental experience I have ever had.
