Location to pick up the truck was an issue as I had scheduled help for the AM and had to drive an hour away to pick up the truck at a later time than locally. The loss of time required me to spend another night before driving to the unload location. They did give me extra mileage and an extra day to help how ever the process was still a problem for us in scheduling help. I also could not get into the lock box to get the key because I had not been given the code. Thankfully the area manager was close and was able to come help us out.
