The pick-up location was really nice. They got me my truck and I was on the way. The problem I had is that the uhaul website is terrible. This location opens at 8 am and the uhaul website says 9. I could have been on the road an hour earlier

WALTER MThe truck was clean and looked great. However, after driving to our loading spot it was apparent the truck had not been well maintained. I call U-Haul help. I person came out to check out the truck. He this call a tow truck to get it repaired. We never loaded it and this is when U-Haul responses became a disaster. I received an text to go to Parsons and pick up another truck. I tried calling the facility to determine/learn how the truck was maintained mechanically (belts in good repair, no oil leaks, no gasoline leaks, no screeching transmissions, no unusual noises coming from the engine, etc.). I tried calling the Parsons facility and was able to get a person to verify the above. So, I did not get this truck. I decided to get my refund for this rental and stay away from facilities that can verify the mechanical relability. After multiple calls, I have yet to receive my refund.
