I originally reserved a 4'x8' trailer from another provider in the area. That provider reserved the wrong trailer. I needed this rental for the next day to use very early in the morning. I found this company with an hour and a half remaining before closing. The transaction before and after was really smooth. No Drama at this one so I don't know why they only have 4 stars. I will rent from them again if I ever need to rent any U-Haul equipment. Nice job staff!

Javier QI can’t think of anything. The service was good and the equipment was exactly what I needed.
Robert PStaff was not familiar with check-in or returning of rental equipment which led to my rental not being marked returned on time and myself receiving a phone call from a regional office asking the status of my rental wasting both corporate and my time for a rental I returned a day early.
