train staff properly for good customer service
Satwinderpre KThe past experience with U-haul was extremely disappointing. I tried to book online , the support lady tried to charge my credit card 10 times . Over an hour on the phone to just cancel. I received duplicate 6 texts ( saying same thing) . They tried to cancel my reservation 2 hours after booking in person, saying no truck available . Shady marketing, you advertise 19.95 a day but rep is asking hours you need truck. That doesn’t matter because a day is 24 hours . I will not be booking again with U-Haul. Get better customer service in person and on the phone
Parrish BI had booked online 3 days earlier for my reservation. With a tight timeline on Saturday I was hoping to pick up the truck at 8am and be out of the door asapx, however. The attendant needed my emergency contact information twice, my credit card information again. Which took a while because its also a gas station and some others were waiting to pre pay for gas. That pick up process took well over 15 minutes. And same goes for the drop off process, another couple before me was booking and that also took a while to set up while I'm waiting to drop off. Would much rather go to an actual location with more attendants
