I had a great experience. The truck rental was very convenient and efficient. It is a pleasant experience when everything goes exactly as the instructions prescribed. .
William DPickup location was changed from a location much closer to my unload location. New location was not the easiest to find.
PAUL WHave equipment mechanically ready. Truck leaked Transmission Fluid all over the driveway at my brand new home.
JANET JAs a 60+ woman, I would've appreciate an advanced notice that I had to return the truck by a certain time! I had an emergency move and was happy to have found a truck to rent that the furthest thing in my mind was a return time. Yes, it was on the receipt, in super fine print. And, the return could've been explained too! This would've helped a lot and would've saved me money in the long run. Lesson learned!
