1st time using UHaul. Loved the experience. Big detractor was the fact that UHaul takes orders with no available equipment at the location. Then you find out last minute and have to go 45 minutes out of the way to another location. I heard the stories from others, but it really sucks when it happens to you. Assuming this is very common, and it will make me hesitant in the future.
