I returned the rental on a holiday weekend when the business was closed. I was planing a drop and go, so didn't expect to see anyone around. But there was a U-Haul employee on site as they also run a towing business. He he was friendly and helped me get the rental unhooked and took note of repairs needed because of a flat tire. The rental return notice hit my email within the hour.
