Stu CI reserved a 10ft truck originally, I was called the day before I was supposed to pick it up that they did not have any 10ft trucks anywhere near me because they had over reserved them at multiple locations. The only truck available was 26ft long and 50 minutes away, it was that or no truck at all. I was only told a day in advance so I had no time to figure out a new plan and just needed a truck. The next morning when we went to go pick up the truck 50 minutes away they said there “system was having issues.” We stood there nearly another hour and a half to check this truck out. Eventually they had to cancel my reservation, make a new one and have us resign a completely new contract for this truck. This whole experience was terrible.
