The location I chose did not let me know the size truck I wanted wasn’t available until 30 minutes before pickup.Also I had to go to a different location and I was charged for a dolly that was not even present in the truck

CORNELIA LWhen Uhaul transferred my original reservation to this location because what I reserved was no longer available, I ended up with the wrong new reservation and a out of town drop-off In some ways is not this location fault because they didn't receive proper information to continue with my original reservation. I therefore, can only give a 4 star to this location. They should have made an effort to acquired the correct information and not crate a new and wrong reservation meaning a two way reservation when this location should have received a one way reservation and a out of town drop-off location.
SANDRA MFor some reason it had a bad smell in it, then they charge me for a warrant, when I told them I did not need it, then he tries to tell me I put it on line when, when I screen shot the total amounts, when I told him I did not that he had to press on it because I did not need the warrant when I was only going a couple of blocks down the street, my thing is don't lie and say I did something I did not do, it was not the person at the store it was the person over the phone because he needed help, sonje called someone because his system was down, sonit already took along time in the store
