We booked online no problem. However, when we got to the location. The key was broken and we had to wait 1.5 hours for a key replacement. This wasted valuable time where we had to wait in the parking lot. The truck was not super clean either. Trash inside.

The truck was dirty. I was charged for 6 gallons of fuel and another $30 in a fuel surcharge. I drove less than 20 miles. The fuel gauge needle didn’t even move. Very disappointed with this experience. I will not be using this location again.
