Customer service is lacking; staff address you as though you're wasting their time with your business. That said, the equipment worked as it should and no concerns there--which is the main thing. If they had competition, perhaps it would be different.

Weve usee this location for storage and uhauls for years, and are always very happy with them. Best place in Chicago.
JOHN MEverything was amazing except that I was told I would be reimbursed $8 dollars if I bring the van with 1 bar more fuel - that never happened
RAM IThe app was not very user friendly. The website the desk person used was also painfully slow. It took approximately 30 minutes to check in despite there only being one person in front of us (who had already been there 15 minutes). Staff was helpful and friendly but are definitely limited in what they can do with such archaic tech.
Courtney PCustomer service was sorely lacking - to start, signage was unclear or missing,especially in regards to parking and where the main entrance was located. More importantly, the staff were very unfriendly for no reason and made the whole exchange unpleasant. We were made to feel unimportant and like a major burden just for being there (at our scheduled pickup time no less) and were treated pretty rudely during the signing and license registration process. On the plus side, the equipment was available, brand new, and in excellent condition, absolutely no complaints there. Overall the poorest uhaul experience I've had, entirely due to the staff
