Hugo and Gabriel are super nice. We very much appreciate them. We had to be honest about the cleanliness. There was quite a bit of mud on the driver and passenger side floor mats along with snack crumbs on the floor. There was coffee residue in the cup holders. It made our job of returning a clean truck harder.
