App malfunctioned when checking the truck back in. Asked for the same pictures multiple times and ultimately could not finish the check-in process.
Seth CThe service members were excellent and friendly. I felt bad leaving them with a trailer considering the space they had available. Corporate should really consider redirecting rentals that include trailers to somewhere bigger, and let them handle the truck rentals
Jessica AIssues when returning the truck, the guy who checked the truck said it was empty of gas, even after I did fuel it before returning.
DIEGO MI was moving in the summer and the truck had no AC. I brought this to their attention upon return, asked for a discount, and was not provided one. When I pay for a rental there is a basic expectation the AC works in the summer. If the equipment partially works there should be an associated partial payment. Yet somehow it’s on me to pay full price when I don’t get what paid for.
