While this was the drop-off location I had selected when I originally secured my truck reservation, U-Haul subsequently changed my drop-off location without my knowledge. It was after business hours when I dropped the truck off at the Sun Auto Service location, so I used the drop box to leave the key. But because of the location change, I was unable to use the U-Haul app to complete the drop off transaction. I called the U-Haul 800 number (with a 30 minute hold time!) to explain the situation and hopefully avoid additional charges. I also called Sun Auto and left a message. Despite all this, I was still charged a $20 "convenience fee" for not using the U-Haul app. Not very "convenient" at all! Overall, horrible customer service by U-Haul. Do better!

Claire GAfter I dropped the car off uhaul called to tell me it needed to be dropped off somewhere further away. This resulted in wasted time on the phone to make sure that I wasnt charged for dropping it off where I originally told them I would. Expecting your customers to have time to waste driving uhauls around while they are moving is a bad business model. You need to respect their time if you expect them to respect your equipment. A truly ridiculous experience
