I've been renting from that location for 3years because it's walking distance. But I HATE walking into that location because the guy that works in there is VERY UNFRIENDLY! I telling the truth! I truly mess the lil white girl that was working there on the weekend... 😔 She was a nice person.... Unlike him!!!

Had a reservation at the U-Haul location on 8737 S Ashland Ave in Chicago IL 60620. The customer service desk was very rude and disrespectful. Made a reservation at 8316 s Birkhoff and that location was worse. Not happy with U-Haul right now.
